STIEBEL ELTRON

The STIEBEL ELTRON company was founded by Dr. Theodore Stiebel in 1924 and initially he was called "Dr. Theodor Stiebel ELTRON". The company was located in Berlin and produced heating devices for water. Over the years, the company grew rapidly and expanded its range until 1943, when the factory was completely destroyed during World War II. After the war, the factory was rebuilt in the town of Holzminden and again started to work dynamically employing several hundred employees, constantly expanding the offer with new products.

STIEBEL ELTRON always puts innovative solutions on its own. For example, in 1987, he launches a fully electronic hot water heater that immediately heats water to the desired temperature. 10 years later, the company presents the SCOT system, which is a pioneering solution allowing identification of gas types that is used in heating and motoring.

The new millennium is a time of global expansion for STIEBEL ELTRON. In 2001, the company opens a branch in Thailand, where later, flow heaters dedicated to the Asian market will be produced. In 2002, the company grows three times, which is the result of the purchase of the ELEKTROLUX Household Engineering Department. In 2005, STIEBEL ELTRON receives the "Superbrand" emblem awarded to recognized brands of high reputation. In the following years, modern training centers and factories in Germany and Asia are opened.

In Poland, STIEBEL ELTRON has been around for 25 years.
